1. Application Description

Calc Trainer is a mobile application designed for mental arithmetic practice and training. The application presents users with mathematical calculations across four basic operations: multiplication, addition, subtraction, and division.

Core Functionality:

• Displays mathematical problems to users through a calculator-style interface
• Accepts user input for problem solutions via on-screen numeric keypad
• Provides immediate feedback on answer correctness
• Tracks user performance including accuracy rates and response times
• Stores recent performance data (last 10 results per operation type) locally on the device
• Offers multiple difficulty levels ranging from basic tables (10×10) to advanced calculations (up to 10,000)
• Includes audio feedback and visual animations for user interactions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Calc Trainer application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

3. App Versions and Subscriptions

3.1 Free Version

The free version includes:

• Multiplication and addition operations
• Difficulty levels up to 12×12
• Smart Learning Algorithm
• Basic performance tracking

3.2 Premium Subscriptions

We offer two premium subscription options, both managed through your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store):

• Yearly Subscription: Auto-renewing annual subscription
• Lifetime Subscription: One-time purchase for permanent access

Premium features include:

• All four mathematical operations (×, +, −, ÷)
• Extended difficulty levels up to 10,000
• Enhanced analytics and reports
• Ad-free experience
• Early access to new features

3.3 Subscription Management

All subscription purchases, renewals, and cancellations are handled exclusively through your device's app store. We do not process payments directly. Please refer to your app store's terms and conditions for billing and cancellation policies.

4. User Accounts and Registration

Calc Trainer does not require user account creation or registration. The App can be used immediately upon installation without providing personal information.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

5.1 Data We Collect

We collect limited information for app improvement purposes:

• Anonymous usage analytics and user behavior patterns
• Device performance parameters
• App crash reports and error logs

5.2 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identifying information
• Contact information (unless voluntarily provided for support)
• User-generated content
• Location data

5.3 Data Storage

• User performance data is stored locally on your device
• Anonymous analytics data is stored securely using Microsoft Azure Application Insights
• We do not store user data outside of the device except for anonymized usage logs

6. Communications

Calc Trainer does not send:

• SMS messages
• Push notifications
• Email communications (unless you contact us for support)

The App may display promotional content encouraging subscription upgrades, but no external advertisements are shown.

7. Geographic Availability

Calc Trainer is published globally and made available in all regions where the respective app stores operate, subject to local laws and app store policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, functionality, graphics, text, and code, is owned by MoroMind Grzegorz Morawski and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Distribute or share the App outside of official app store channels

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Educational Purpose

The App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes. While designed to improve mental math skills, we make no guarantees about specific learning outcomes.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoroMind Grzegorz Morawski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10.3 App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded it (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or your access to it at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. App Store Specific Terms

16.1 Apple App Store

For users who download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• This Agreement is between you and MoroMind Grzegorz Morawski, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it

16.2 Google Play Store

For users who download the App from Google Play Store, your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

By using Calc Trainer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
